Jacinta's corporate experience was with ICI, Monsanto and Dow Jones.	Michael's corporate experience was with Monsanto, BASF, Tesco, ICI and Inmarsat.
Originally trained in business and languages,and more recently in design, Jacinta is a co-founder of SHK and supported the development of "HRD in Europe".	IoD and IPD qualified, Michael is a member of the Executive Committee of the London Business School's International Alumni Board, as Chair, Governance and Nominations.
