Salmon Heaton and Kimmins was founded in Brussels in 1991 as a change management consultancy, before relocating to the UK in 1993.

Working with companies such as ICI, Goodyear, Fasson, Barclays, DBM and Fiat-New Holland, Michael Salmon quickly established a reputation for implementing complex change in tight timescales.  

From 1996 to 2006, Michael completed two major transition and turnaround projects, supporting a "world first" privatisation and leading the successful turnaround of a hi-technology business.

In 2006, the SHK business was re-launched following the successful sale of the hi-tech business.  The business now offers Interim Management, Executive Mentoring and Due Diligence Support.

Throughout its history, SHK Ltd has worked closely with Pyramid ODI, an organisation development consultancy based in the United States and Europe.
