Jacinta's international corporate experience was with ICI, Monsanto and Dow Jones.
Originally trained in business and languages, and more recently in design, Jacinta is a co-founder of SHK and supported the development of "HRD in Europe". |
Michael's corporate experience was with Monsanto, BASF, Tesco, ICI and Inmarsat. As an Interim General Manager and then Managing Director he led Invsat to successful sale in 2006.
IoD and IPD qualified, Michael has just completed his second term as a member of the Executive Committee of the London Business School's International Alumni Board, as Chair, Governance and Nominations. |
He is also the European Vice President of SHK's Partner Pyramid ODI

SHK Ltd History
Salmon Heaton and Kimmins was founded in Brussels in 1991 as a change management consultancy, before relocating to the UK in 1993.
Working with companies such as ICI, Goodyear, Fasson, Barclays, DBM, GE, A&P Appledore, and Fiat-New Holland, SHK's Michael Salmon quickly established a reputation for implementing complex change in tight timescales.
From 1996 to 2006, Michael completed two major transition and turnaround projects:
Supporting a "world first" privatisation of an IGO owned by 86 Governments;
Leading the successful turnaround of a hi-technology business, selling complex, high-value solutions into the Governmental, Oil & Gas, Maritime and NGO markets in Africa, Asia, Europe, The Middle East and South America.
In 2006, the SHK business was re-launched in the UK following the successful sale of the hi-tech business. SHK now offers Interim Management, Executive Mentoring and Due Diligence Support.
Michael's more recent clients include Blue Ocean Wireless, Catalent, Howden Buffalo, John Moores
University, LatinoJustice PRLDEF, Liverpool Philharmonic Hall, Thai-Burma Border Consortium, and Tyco.
Assignments have been delivered for clients in many different cultures and countries including: Belgium, Brasil, England, France, Italy, Ireland, Japan, Luxembourg, Scotland, Singapore, Spain, Switzerland, Thailand & the USA.
