Salmon Heaton & Kimmins Ltd. seeks to maintain the highest ethical and professional standards in all its activities. We will act with selflessness, objectivity, accountability, openness, honesty and leadership.
In addition to helping our clients address their needs, we will endeavour, wherever practically possible, to share our knowledge, skills and practices, to enhance their capability and competitiveness thereafter. This will include demonstrating and not moderating our ethical principles at any time.
In our change activities, performance improvement, leadership development or mentoring, we will help less experienced staff develop a higher sense of professional and personal ethics in their work.
Continuous Quality Improvement Policy:

We will measure our performance against any agreed quality standards. We will work to continually improve our effectiveness by developing our skills and expertise and those of our clients, suppliers and partners.
All our associates will be made aware of the need to carry out their duties and responsibilities in line with this policy (and all other organisational objectives applying to them).
We are committed to developing and retaining clients by building strong and trusting relationships, even if the current assignment is of short duration. Our objective is to help improve the immediate performance and the long-term growth of our clients.

We will work at our client’s premises, or at a site designated by them, with diligence and in accordance with their policies and practices, and within any applicable local regulations and laws specified by them or their suppliers. If these are not specified, we will work with diligence and in accordance with the regulations and laws of England and Wales.
We are committed to preventing pollution, injury and ill health of any kind. We will work with our associates, clients, partners and suppliers to continually improve the way we work to achieve this objective.
